Few details have been released, but the highly anticipated sequel to the post-apocalyptic RPG, Fallout: New Vegas, is finally here. But this time, it’s not just set in a fictional version of Las Vegas. This time, the game takes place in the real city of Las Vegas itself.

Now with More Bugs, Less Gambling

That’s right, Fallout: New Vegas 2 is set in a post-apocalyptic version of Sin City, complete with iconic landmarks like the Bellagio, the Luxor, and the Stratosphere Tower. Gone are the mutants and the radiation, replaced instead with the drunks and busy crowds of the Las Vegas Strip.

The streets are littered with broken dreams and lost souls, the air thick with the scent of desperation and regret. Every corner offers a new opportunity to gamble away your life savings or sell your soul to the highest bidder. The Strip, once the most vibrant and lively part of the city, is now a battleground between warring factions, the retirees looking to enjoy their time in the slot machine or the youthful adults who overdrink at the poker tables all while players must navigate their way through the ruins and avoid getting caught in the crossfire.

Want to fight off a horde of tourists in the fountains of the Bellagio? Go for it. How about exploring the depths of Luxor’s pyramid, now infested with vicious gamblers? The choice is yours.

What happens in Vegas, stays in the wasteland.
